Extradition is an international act carried out between two or more countries that establish conditions under which an individual can be sent to his country of origin to be tried for offenses committed in other countries. This policy is relevant in the fight against impunity and, above all, in the defense of Human Rights, by ensuring that migrants are treated in proportion to their acts, in order to avoid any type of violations resulting from discrimination on account of their nationality. However, how does extradition take place in Brazil?
