Is an Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict resolution possible?

The South Caucasus is a fractured part of the world. Following two large wars and three decades of military tension, the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict could have an end point on the horizon. However a return to violence and civilian casualties continues to be a very real possibility unless certain significant issues can be overcome between the two countries.
